We had very strong winds here for about an hour yesterday and then it passed over, as if nothing ever happened.
Yes, luckily it calmed down here.
Builders are back today, the house should be watertight by this evening
Thank goodness for that mate. Two years ago we extended our old house and the works were completed just before Covid and that was a sobering thought, as we could have had half a house for two years with a gaping hole on the side!!

That would have been terrible.
Thankfully our builders were great and completed the work to schedule. Nobody could have predicted the craziness of Covid and since then; insanity has prevailed.
