They are understaffed, under-funded and under-served by their police. What is the #libertarian and/or #anarchist solution to Oakland's crime problems? That residents there should invest in private security and be armed themselves?

It's a scare tactic. Violent crime is down. The best way to fight crime to make more things legal.

im studying libertarian agorist thought. I think everyone needs to find those they can rely on in thier community and build groups and systems for civil defense in case stuff hits the fan. I dont know that anyone has a unicorn magical answer for a crisis and sometimes it has to play out. hope everyone makes it okay.
