baked potato mashed open and crushed all to smithereens with a butter and salt and pepper all over it maybe a little sour cream and then topped that with some pulled pork shoulder and some vinegar coleslaw.

I forgot the pork was smoked over Applewood and pecan.

oh, bringing out the big guns are we? 😂

but see, your potato contender needed backup, like LOTS of backup

I admit it. For the potato singularity a tot is truly majestic. If it is just right crispness and salt.

I HAVE had a McDonald hash brown oval slab thing that was pretty amazing. But those are rare and everything there is so gross mostly.

ON THESE MATTERS WE CAN AGREE.

Joking aside...I used to work in a potato processing facility where they would QA the shredded hash browns every 15 mins. I was a _very frequent_ taste tester...so I can appreciate the potato in all its forms, though I do have a strong bias for the tot...

Oh my GAWSSH dang dude you were working for big potato, you had it made. You had it mashed up some would say, or maybe tot'ed up even. I love potatoes. It doesn't matter how it's made, just can bake it, fry it, mash it anything, I'll eat it and I'll be happy doing it to.

ok I admit I'm intrigued but you're still gunning for second fiddle here
