Just make sure you drink enough…listen to your body and don’t force yourself to eat… healing is easier without digesting.

True, the first 24 hrs even just water was heavy, and couldn't keep it in that much.. 🫠 it was a mess, but luckily mych better now

It definitely had to.. I could definitely feel the reset this time, felt my body annihilated.

Much much better now, starting to recharge, feeling energies coming back, a rebirth.. 🌱😁
