At first I thought the snipers in the video were the ones making the attempt, but now I see they're returning fire at whoever's off-screen

Odd how the secret service was waiting for the shooter to fire rather than taking him out beforehand.
Yea its hard to tell what really happened. It is amazing how that roof was not secured though.
The dude she have never got close to the building, other people were pointing him out before he even climbed up, they wait for him to shoot and the shoot him. A lot of this doesn't look good for SS.
