Here’s my proposal for a talk on marketplaces, growth, and interoperability at Nostriga. It's entirely fleshed out at the moment, so I’m open to any suggestions. Also, if anyone would be interested in joining and turning it into a panel discussion, just let me know!

Is this only for devs?
I'm a construction guy, so I like to build stuff but cpu science is soooo far over my head atm.
Did some customer discovery on a construction labor marketplace with great feedback. Ideally I'd love to build it in a P2P environment but not sure if/how that would work.
Briefly: MVP requirements are dedicated user account categories (one for contractors, one for workers), ability for contractors to post and broadcast jobs to workers, ability for workers to respond, and 2 way reviews after the job is complete.
Thoughts?
