Normalize paying in cash and saying "Keep the change"

When I go to get a coffee of a burger or something, Iike to hand a $20 and say keep the change, it's a relatively small gesture, but I've worked in the service industry and it goes a long way.

If someone makes my food, I want to tip them, sure the company should pay them fair, but even if they are it's a nice thing to do.

Go out to eat. Ask the waiter if you can speak to the cook about your meal. He'll be sweating bullets on his way out. Hand him a $10 tip.

Always go out of your way to tip others. It’s the least we can do if we can. And me thinks we must.
