I'm giving some consideration to cancelling my gym membership.

While I've benefited from the gym since I started going last year, I've also put on pounds and am not running like I used to. The cost is another issue. Effective costs after taxes and transport to/from end up costing me around 110 USD/month. That's quite a lot of sats.

Maybe it's something I don't need all year round. One possibility could be doing gym in late winter to early spring, and then do cycling and running for the warmer months.

For gym goers, does this make sense? Or will I be starting from zero every year?

Home equipment

At home I have 40 pounds worth of dumbbells, resistance bands, balance boards, calf stretcher.

I don't really have the space for much equipment.

Just add a couple higher weighted kettlebells to your collection and you have all you need for weighted cardio which will help you shed those lbs πŸ˜‰

Second on the home equipment πŸ’ͺ

So long as you comit to the body weight workouts & then really maximize weight lifting in the winter - should be building great results if the regimen is good.

Good luck canceling you basically have to die to cancel, or submit in writing.
