Are transfats because of seed oils? Because my chips list Tran’s Fat as zero.

My headaches are air pressure related; we’ve got storms and temperature changes coming in. 🌦️ Once I have one, doesn’t matter what I eat. 🤷

Even with olive oil though I would be cautious, cause you're not supposed to heat olive oil....
