It is very secure but... Not exactly smooth yet.
Nothing is perfect, but SimpleX is the best I’ve come across so far.
I use Signal for personal contacts, Matrix (specifically Element) for coordinated discussion and Session if I want something anonymous.
Go for simplex! It works fine on android
Simplex compared to others is the best open source chat application for privacy. I only know of one other one that is like simplex but is currently in an alpha state & bareboned with it's development which is.
But yes simplex is the best speaking of that lets make a room there & chat it up.

Hello again Simplex is still the best in comparison to others with it's protocols you really can ensure no interception. The only bad thing I could say is fat mat you ui & notifications always on will obliterate your battery %. Other then that it's the best to chat on!

Yes, but nostr:npub126ntw5mnermmj0znhjhgdk8lh2af72sm8qfzq48umdlnhaj9kuns3le9ll is working on clearnet integration for their services. Not 100% sure if clearnet would also apply for SimpleX.
