Hi nostr friends, its been another busy one. I made my first sourdough bread loaf today. I've made bread before, a long time go, but not sourdough. I must say i like the flavor of this sourdough much better.

The new chicks seem to be doing well and getting along with the older chicks now that they are in the same enclosure. They are really funny to watch. Also, the roofer came today, and is still up on the roof checking all the screws on the metal panels. I may have a couple other odd jobs for him when he's done.
