would you able to receive emails with only your handle? same goes with receiving zaps?
handles would look cleaner, addresses seem to have additional use cases
for example, with tanel@frogtalk.lol nip-05, fishcake set it up as an address that i can set it as my tipping address when somebody zaps me, which will forward the funds to my actual wallet address
question ab this bc i see you still have tanel@wos.com as your ln tip address in your bio, why is that?

it’s bc i have it changed to that for like a month or so.
i can change it to @frogtalk.lol for both and try it out

NIP-05 should be called Nostr Address
Username is useless in my opinion and should be removed.
Pubkey should be mainly for tech stuff or extreme cases.
Display name for mention.
Agree, in the same way we have LNURL and Lightning Address.
We can even use our Nostr address (NIP-05) as an email address and receive emails in our nostr DM and so many other things. We should normalise it.
It don't matter.
