I second this i just put those links because it is easiest.

What you have there is so common that any little hardware store will know exactly what you need. I'd find an Ace, True Value, or mom and pop place. It'll be worth paying a little more to talk to an actual human being. If you have to go to Blowes or the Home Despot, try to get someone to help you out. If they act confused at all, get someone else.
