I have cut out 80-90% of seed oils and sugar. I fast and till 3pm daily and break fast with a steak and kimchi. Dinner is whatever the family is having and then snack is usually apple with peanut butter, cheese or something fermented. Occasionally I’ll have a bowl of homemade granola. Not sure I have it in me to go full carnivore, but intriguing. Any good books to start reading up on it?
