Since March I've stopped 2/3. Only caffeine left, though it will be the most challenging imo.

What is interesting about stopping caffeine your wakefulness during the day starts to even out so you experience the same level of energy all day. On caffeine you have a burst of energy then a crash (repeat) all day then generally more tired in the evening. It’s a tough one to kick though and there are some nootropic benefits from caffeine.
