Remember the old food pyramid? “6-11 servings of bread, pasta, and cereal a day!” They told us to mainline carbs, demonized fat, and sold it as “science.” Turns out it was corporate junk science wrapped in a government seal. We got fatter, sicker, and more dependent on Big Food + Big Pharma.

Question everything. Especially “official” charts…
