things that annoy me in podcasts..

- use of copious amounts of intro and intermediate ad insertion, referral links, etc

- length greater than a feature film

- absolute shit editing, if any at all. (if you're spending less than the duration of the podcast editing, you're probably producing rubbish)

- video

- fake hype for listens

- zero research, lack of citable facts, bro bantering from the hip

quality podcast productions are exceedingly rare. most are just asmr
