If running a #nostr relay/node would be as easy as running a #bitcoin node, there would not be a lack of relay/node capacity
Make #nostr relays a #linux #ubuntu app with a nice GUI, that anyone can install and run
Connecting to a relay should be as easy as scanning a QR code on the #Linux relay app interface, no command line needed/typing needed
And make the relays have TOR addresses, so no static IP is necessary

Agree! To make it more decentralized it makes sense to make it more accesible for non technical plebs (like myself) to run a relay. I don’t have time in my daily life to set it up now, but if it was a super easy way to do it I would absolutely consider it.

Btw, it should be the same thing with running a #Lightning node
Because when something is easy to setup and run, more people will do it, and it becomes more decentralized and more robust, just like #bitcoin itself
