Background refresh off, and closing apps/pages frequently seems to help.

Ya, definitely me too 🫂🙋🏻‍♀️only things I would make sure are set are the background apps…making sure they are not enabled with any tracking and any updates. But that doesn’t much help if you are on the device as the app you are using may be the culprit.. also, weird that it also works well for nearly EVERYTHiNG your device may have issues with is a “Network Reset”. Your device may be pinging towers and repainting if their was something missing in the handoff. (make sure you have your passwords and Wi-Fi connections at the ready. Just in case they don’t follow after the reset.)

I’ve been using mine for over a year now and battery health is still 100% – all you have to do is keep the battery between 20 and 80% all the time, and it will last for years without degrading, most people don’t understand how lithium batterie cells work.
