Day 5 of eating only meat, dairy, and fruit, and I’m exhausted. Sleeping 9h every night and little energy to workout. Been told it’s normal.

Mind you, I’ve been jet lagged too, but I’ve been sleeping so hard for the past 5 days. I usually sleep 6-7h 😅
