Day 5 of eating only meat, dairy, and fruit, and I’m exhausted. Sleeping 9h every night and little energy to workout. Been told it’s normal.
On the plus side, my gut is feeling so much better 🙌

Yes, no grains! I might have some level of intolerance. I feel terrible whenever I have a lot of sugar too!
