I don't believe so, since there are lightning (hold) invoices involved that would expire before cash could get delivered. But it is possible to set up your own payment method when/if you create the offer.

I just set a buy order at 100 bucks for cashapp as payment. You have to be willing to give up some form of your identity to your counterpart in the transaction using Zelle or cashapp which is definitely better than KYCing your info with an exchange. This is definitely a stepping stone for people that has better UX than Bisq.

Just depends on your security model. There’s a risk/reward factor in all of it. If you want complete anonymity you have to risk paper cash using snail mail.

If you want paperless easier transacting you have to be willing to exchange necessary bank identity info with your peer to fill the order.

Either of these means seem sufficient for privacy especially when implementing whirlpool after transacting.
