Why is concrete any different? Ancestors walked and ran on arid soil all day barefoot or with minimal foot protection and they were fine. The body is fully capable of moving on hard surfaces for long periods if we move property and have natural strength, mobility and capacity ❤️

Take it slow and listen to your body. Feet that have spent years in rigid, supportive shoes need time to restore strength and mobility. Listen to your body, bring backup shoes for long days but know that some soreness and pain is not a sign of a problem but a sign that your body is adapting. Think of time in natural shoes as time doing a foot workout. Slow and steady with progressive increases wins the game ❤️
