Sleep? I think I averaged 5-6 a night but my wife didn’t get as much. It really changed once I could take the 3am shift with a bottle.
I had enough time to get a 20-30min workout in but hobbies (besides listening to podcasts or audio books) pretty much fell off.
Looking back on it, it was all kind of a sleep-deprived blur for six-ish months. We’re about to have our second so my baby advice might be refreshed here in a few weeks 😂
