How to “tax” the poor without taxing the poor.
Imagine if this guy DCA-ed into BTC with all that money since 2019 when he purchased those losing scratch offs.
He said it started in 2019, let's say exactly 6 years ago, it's about 128$ per week. Weekly DCA in BTC these 40k$ would end up today in 1.71 BTC, worth nearly 200k$. Not the million that he nearly "missed" but better than losing 40k for nothing.
