Lot of people I know thought acquiring #bitcoin over real estate was foolish because real estate is safe and can be physically seen. Unfortunately natural disasters can and will happen. Real estate is a utility and there are a lot of leakages to the cash flows of even rental properties

I have lived in San Francisco for 20yrs and buying a home here was a huge goal of mine for years. Until I found #bitcoin in 2017. I love SF but no longer care to own a home in the short term here. I just stack sats and chill.

Hahaha, I’ve seen the city go through multiple phases and considered moving many times. I am vested in my career and mine way too much fiat here to even consider leaving yet. Also my wife owns a bar here, we are thriving. San Francisco is an amazing place and not the dystopian hell scape portrayed but it definitely has problems.

Don’t get me wrong, if anyone finds joy in a home for their family, that’s awesome! But it’s the people who misclassify it as an investment that don’t realize homes only increase in fiat dollar terms but go down in #bitcoin terms. Stack sats and chill is always the best strategy!
