Salmon roe in the West is typically salted to preserve it. Try soaking in water for 10 mins then rinsing first to salvage some of the original flavor.

I'm Japan I ate lots of sujiko, which is fresh roe still in the sack. Delicious.

How you do to only have 1 meal in the day and not feel bad?
