Beautiful presentation of real food ๐Ÿ’œ

For me itโ€™s best to keep most fruits separate from my protein (pineapple being an exception,

with the amount of bromelain it has that helps digestion)

I'm old fashioned. I like a big breakfast, a hearty lunch, and light dinner.

Fruits can also be factory food. Where do you source your fruits? Local farmer markets?
