Has anyone had coconut water kefir? How does it compare to a goat milk kefir or cow milk kefir in taste?

Very nice. I'm gonna be ordering kefir grains to make some. Just put 30 coconut palms in the ground lol. Tryna do some product testing before they give me cocos.

I love coconut kifir and water kifir, much less labor intensive than kombucha which I still brew but kifir is great π
I live in Puerto Rico. Oooffff imma kombucha fiend. I have made some mango, lime, and soursop brews top of the line shit store bought cannot compare. I gotta get some new scobys my last ones died during a move.
I'm looking for low labor value added things to make more profit than just selling the plain crop kefir and kombucha are both on the list π―. The kombucha market is pretty dominated here on the island and ppl don't really know or want to know what it is lol. But everybody likes yogurt or kefir. A vegan kefir will sell well here imho.
