Pre-1971, the Fed could print money, but only when a precedent made it palatable for the public (e.g.: war, after propaganda).

If the block is accepted by the network ok. But I won’t help spam become accepted by relaying the it through my mempool. Do you call spammers back when they call your phone? Do you give them your contact list so they can call more people?
