That’s an interesting case study about how income directly impacts election results.

It's not just the income. (If at all). But it is definitely the experience that the East has had, in terms of socialism, communism and a certain form of dictatorship. The “West” was spared this after the Second World War.

True, and I can relate as Eastern European.

Communism was the fork in the road of the 4th Turning. Offseting 2 generations.

70s - 90s

- West - Good Times

- East - Bad Times

90s - 2010s

- West - Weak Men

- East - Strong Men

2010s - 2030s

- West - Bad Times

- East - Good Times

US would be bound to the same malaise as the rest of the West, wouldn't it be for the Rust Belt and the flyover states. Fortunately they're ready, coming to dominate and bring the good times now.

Yeah, I think this is pretty accurate.

This political division of Germany also applies to the entire character of the people, who do not seem to have grown together since reunification. After 1990, Germany should have taken a radical turn towards a liberal, market-based society, but it did not, and is now reaping the rewards of a severe domestic political crisis as a result of the overall dynamic promoted by green-socialist centralism in Brussels. Germany shows no willingness to acknowledge its own mistakes in migration, energy and industrial policy and is digging its own grave. #germany #eu #wef
