It's going to be max pain for them. There are optimal and sub-optimal times to accumulate, but the FUD of permanently increasing prices on all time-frames leads to irrational and uneducated allocations of fiat.

Bitcoin is still operating exactly as intended. If it can’t survive these market dynamics - it doesn’t deserve to. Institutions are always going to be market participants. Now, and into a hyper bitcoinized future
