Salmon is always best when lathered in oil, salt, pepper, dill, lemon, then wrapped in parchment paper, and done in the oven around 400-450F.

I’ve never had grilled salmon that wasn’t dry. You’ll know what I mean if you try it 👆

Two pieces were a little dry, but that was my fault for being distracted at the end. It seems like there's a very small window for perfect. The thick parts were good. With practice I think this will be great.
