You get help if you have influence or can do something for them. Otherwise no.

What do you need help with? If you're not practiced at troubleshooting tech, I can promise you the best solution is always delete and start again.

Do it differently. Try Mint. If you're partitioning, try a VM instead. If you're doing VM, try partitioning. Buy a $100 laptop from eBay and experiment with that instead. Bypass what was wrong.
