If my wife wasn’t newly pregnant I would be seriously considering it. But the next house is going to have to be bigger, the in-laws are going to come with us to our next location so I can trap them into serving my children in exchange for retirement.

Ok that's a good excuse. And a great plan for the kid. I grew up with my paternal grandparents living in the same farmyard and it made my life much better. I learned a lot from Granny.

Ya Im really lucky with my in-laws. Poor Nonno still works like 6 days a week though and I gotta retire that guy. Such good people.
