All lightning wallets should have a "send all" feature. Deduct fees and send balance to another lightning address

I think the issue is that routing and therefore fees do not have perfect predictability, so they have to make you leave some wiggle room, which for clearing out purposes leads to the ol’ 500 guess and checks
HOWEVER ☝️ as unterstandable as that may be, surely SOMEONE can devise the code to “predict” when you have a mf direct channel with the other end of the tx, whether it’s 0 fee channel or not

So if the services just charged more fees, rugged the sats and displayed a 0 balance to you it would help?

If the problem is the 10 or so sats left in the wallet, you could always just imagine that the sats were never yours to begin with 🙃
The dev of the wallet could zero the account and nothing would be different.
