It was probably just a one off thing with cut drugs. With fentanyl one can overdose with micrograms, literally dust. It could have just been on the surface of something.
I hate when this shit happens, fuck the gov for pushing ppl into buying street drugs.

They know he ingested it, but donβt know where he got it and are certain he didnβt know it was fentanyl.
That's hella fucked up. The other day I read that at an Airbnb a toddler touched a "clean" table where there was fentanyl residue and he died. The investigation showed that other guests had thrown a party and used powdered drugs on that same table the day prior.
Thank god I never tried powdered drugs. Back in the day having curiosity wasn't grave, now it can be.
