So sad….I’ll never understand this. I’ve watched the documentaries about Fentanyl and they say that once someone uses drugs laced with it, they don’t want drugs that don’t contain it.
I’ve been lucky that my parents put the fear of God in me and I can say I’ve never used drugs.
I’ve been unlucky enough to see first hand the destruction of drugs on a family and lost a very loving and kind brother-in-law to drugs. 🫂
It’s beyond sad. This was a super sharp, sweet kid who was smart, a stellar athlete, and had devoted parents. His parents seem almost catatonic. I’m in utter disbelief.

There are some federal laws regulating sale of diagnostic tests…but as this is testing a substance I don’t think they apply.
I’m not pro-drug; but I am pragmatically anti-death…

It was probably just a one off thing with cut drugs. With fentanyl one can overdose with micrograms, literally dust. It could have just been on the surface of something.

They know he ingested it, but don’t know where he got it and are certain he didn’t know it was fentanyl.
That's hella fucked up. The other day I read that at an Airbnb a toddler touched a "clean" table where there was fentanyl residue and he died. The investigation showed that other guests had thrown a party and used powdered drugs on that same table the day prior.
Thank god I never tried powdered drugs. Back in the day having curiosity wasn't grave, now it can be.
