I don't think a 6102 is as viable today as people claim, but it is still a concern. I'll flush every sat before I give it to the government though.

Honestly, I've come to the conclusion that it's more viable because the ownership is so much more heavily surveilled today than gold was then and communication is so much easier. They may not enforce the law broadly, but most people will just comply upon notice out of fear.
