I love the ego of some developers. Has to be THERE project. Why not collaborate with each other. Work as a team, win as a team. You don't need to be the lead developer to make a difference. *facepalm*

Writing software is a creative art. Some artists work better alone.

There’s also a collaboration cost. Each additional person increases the amount of coordination needed, slowing development.
