What is considered to be the minimum BTC/dollar value in today’s dollars you’d want in a UTXO?
I’m a bit confused on what’s a ‘good’ UTXO for future use when fees are even higher.

Arbitrary, but I think 1 million sats.
1M sats

I don't care about the dollar value. I split 50/50 of 5M and 10M sat utxos and a few 1M sat utxos
I'm not an expert, but my rule of thumb is taking into consideration the following:
*What percentage of the UTXO would I find to be an acceptable fee to pay.
*How much change am I wanting to accept back in change when I spend.
So my range is 1-5 million sat UTXOs. I've heard that having a healthy mix is good whatever you decide on.
As a utxo myself I say 10 million
How about UTXOs no smaller than the blockheight you intend to spend your Bitcoin at
How would I know the answer to that?
Block height is public info buddy
An average lifespan is like 4 million blocks 👀
My follow-up question was not well crafted - maybe I should as if you can give me an example of how you would decide UTXO dice based on the block height you would want to spend at.
I’m not clear on how one whole be able to plan that future decision to UTXO size.
Yes, buddy. I’m aware of that. Not clear on relation to block height and UTXO size.
We have a 1M - 10M range so far. I appreciate the engagement on this. I have been flip-flopping how if and how to address my UTXO’s but I keep getting stuck because I’m not sure what is the best strategy.
The optimal distribution of sizes really depends on your use case and privacy needs.
I one day one would to have some utxos for big purchases like property or land, some for medium like cars, then some I can use for LN channels for smaller things. I mostly don't want any one person or entity knowing how much I have so I split them in a way I have some choice when I want to spend.
