Amanitas, russulas, and more, oh my!

Do you know the names of all of them??
The first one is some type of Amanita. I'm not sure if it's Amanita muscaria or not. If so, I'm envious.
The last one is probably a russula. If it breaks into crumbly chunks when you throw it at your hunting partner's back, it's a russula (assuming the gills, etc match a russula description).
