Yin yoga has been such a powerful outlet for me to release built up emotions and traumas. I’m glad you are feeling the benefits 💗 Have you tried breathwork? If it’s not something in your regular practice I would recommend trying it to see if you like it. You might enjoy the benefits. 😊

Yoga is really really good 🧘‍♀️ I can’t get it out of my routine anymore!

About breathwork I am still trying to manage my breath while doing yoga, it might be the most difficult part to manage for me :D getting better everytime. 🤗 thank you Abby 🫶🤗
