I don't quite grasp the issue you are facing, i'm sorry, but I hope things work out. if its website maybe you can reach out to uncle rockstar or other payment gateways for bitcoin and ask them which website providers they partner up with for a temp, quicker, cheaper fix. Try using the zipwp site to make it, it has some free templates and it is cheaper to upgrade if you need to. $400 is expensive for templates
