Imagine a bagel shop where you come in, place your order, and just pay “whatever you think it’s worth”.
I’m sure plenty of folks would fork out a fair value, but plenty wouldn’t and that shop would be out of business quick.

If you’re not demanding a certain payment for whatever you produce then it’s free and you’re relying on donations to fund your business. That’ll never be a sustainable model. Bitcoiners continue to harp on the fact that people are struggling to get by because of money printing, but think those same folks will give them fair value for their product. Delusional
