Maybe nostr:npub10pensatlcfwktnvjjw2dtem38n6rvw8g6fv73h84cuacxn4c28eqyfn34f should allow people to donate into certain buckets rather than just a general fund. If you’re someone who wants to donate to devs but doesn’t want to fund work on the L1 you could donate to a fund that only gives out grants to lightning developers or people working on hardware

I agree but I don’t think Saylor is saying freeze the code and never touch it again no matter what. I think he’s just against funding proactive devs who are looking to make big changes to “improve” bitcoin. I’d think he’s smart enough to understand unforeseen problems will eventually arise that need to be fixed and that maintaining core in that sense is a must.

Obviously this would be a much easier discussion if he’d just come out and say what he thinks instead of us guessing
