it is the Monero version of bisq.
As of this time, two transactions have already occurred, and at least one of them was just a successful test.
They havent ost full control, they still have plenty of leverage.
1) most of these fiat trades are bank transfers,
2) they're trying to squeeze out and criminalize cash already anyways.
But it is a good step, it means we have more leeway to do our thing.
