This is huge. Instant exchanges have been a stopgap after CEX delistings. Haveno offers a long term solution and further solidifies Monero's longevity
They havent ost full control, they still have plenty of leverage.
1) most of these fiat trades are bank transfers,
2) they're trying to squeeze out and criminalize cash already anyways.
But it is a good step, it means we have more leeway to do our thing.
