Uploading GIFs straight to Damus turns them into JPGs for me.

Uploading them throught the nostr.build websitr maintains the GIF format.

Are you importing it? Same exact gif for both?

Importing the same GIF from gallery, regardless of the GIF

I’m using the same api that is visible to public on your website. https://nostr.build/upload.php

All gifs, have you tried others, confirmed file name ends in .gif?

Can you try other gifs?

Oh, it’s happened with numerous different GIFs, no idea of the reasoning behind it

Weird, thinking because #[5] is not using my API

They have different hashes, so thinking it is the way they are being sent to me…
