imo the AI overlord scenario is overrated.
The "AI drastically lowers the barriers of entry for rogue groups to make new pathogens for biological warfare and things like that" is underrated.

Totally Agree. I kind of count that as more or less the same thing. Some kind of unexpected consequences of AI is at least close to making the list.
